Paul Hainer is the President of Insuranceland Inc. He says “Food is the key to everyone’s survival and many people need help putting food on the table. Being apart of the ‘twas the Bite team allows me to help make sure my community members have food on their plates.”

I joined the ‘twas the Bite Before Christmas organizing committee out of a sense of responsibility. I felt that the successes I have been able to achieve in my life, were due in large part to the people and community around me. In recognizing those influences of success, I chose to embrace the various neighbourly needs of my community.

Living in our vibrant community where people are able to enjoy all of the wonderful experiences available to us is very special. However, when we are also witness to some community shortcomings, especially where people lack access to food, then it is clear that something needs to be done. I feel very fortunate to be a part of this team in working with them and supporting them to make a notable change and improvement in providing food to those in need.

Corrie Harding-Keizs of North Group Real Estate has a passion for community and a special place in her heart for Port Credit, where she lives, works and plays. Actively involved in local events, fundraisers and supporting community efforts, Corrie has been a long supporter of ‘twas the Bite Before Christmas Foundation since 2014 and joined the executive team in 2018. Teamwork and togetherness are part of Corrie’s core values. She’s a firm believer that ‘alone we can do so little; together we can do so much’.
